It all began with a father who dedicated himself to others. to be a friend of the family no matter what.
hi. I’m Megan
One day, I asked myself who I want to be. How do I want others to feel around me? The answer was easy. I want to be like my dad, who despite his circumstances has been there for everyone around him, whether they were family or not. With our family’s history being centered around the wonderful coffee bean that brings people together, I want to bring that joy to others.
a pen name for love
Tomo-ya. Friend of the family.
I couldn’t describe him better. His real name is Thomas. A man with so much love in his heart, that it flows to everyone that knows him. He’s dependable, caring, gentle and, of course, obsessed with coffee. My family isn’t Japanese. We are natives to Colorado with big hearts and big dreams. While my dad inspired the business, Japanese cuisine inspired my taste buds. With huge desire to bring good quality and authenticity to Colorado, I’m learning every step of the way how to bring brilliance to the table and how to honor Japanese culture to the best of my ability. Cue the jazz! Boil the kettle! Let’s get together for coffee.
